Known as the “wild-card” of the Tribe, Amelia brings a lifetime of experience as co-owner and operator of hotels, properties and small businesses in Ecuador and Spain. A natural leader and organizer, Amelia thrives in a variety of environments that require the marshalling of resources, flexibility, and intelligent decision-making, often based on limited information and/or difficult and ambiguous conditions. Amelia holds a BIS from the University of Minnesota in Business, Economics and Global Studies.

When not molding the Tribe into a finely tuned machine, Amelia can be found making the best use possible of her triple nationalities, trotting around the globe and the rare moments at home reading and practicing yoga.
